Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the general basis on which STUDIO INPUT LTD may provide website development, Android application work, digital design and related information technology services. Specific project terms may also be set out in a written quotation, proposal, statement of work or email confirmation.

1. Business details

Company name: STUDIO INPUT LTD

Company number: 16210684

Legal address: 24 OAKWELL OVAL, LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE, LS8 4AL

Main email: studioinputltd@outlook.com

Phone: 07445135660

2. Services

Services may include website planning and build work, Android application development, interface and visual design, digital content support, updates, maintenance and related consulting or technical activities. The exact scope of any project will be defined separately in writing.

3. Quotations and acceptance

Quotations are typically based on the information available at the time they are prepared. A quote or proposal is treated as accepted when the client confirms in writing, pays any requested deposit, or instructs work to begin.

4. Project scope and changes

Work is delivered according to the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope, including additional pages, features, revisions, integrations or content work, may require a revised estimate, schedule adjustment or separate fee.

5. Client responsibilities

6. Timeframes

Estimated timeframes are based on reasonable assumptions about communication, approvals and access to required materials. Delays in client feedback or third-party services can affect delivery dates.

7. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in a quote, proposal or written correspondence. Unless otherwise agreed, STUDIO INPUT LTD may request staged payments or an upfront deposit before work starts. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice.

8. Late payment

If payment is overdue, work may be paused until the account is brought up to date. Deliverables, source files, deployment assistance or transfer of final materials may also be withheld while material invoices remain unpaid.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, methods, reusable code libraries, working files, concepts and internal production assets remain the property of STUDIO INPUT LTD. On full payment, the client receives the rights or licence described in the project agreement for the final deliverables created specifically for that project.

10. Third-party services and costs

Domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, premium plugins, API usage, app store accounts, stock assets or other third-party costs are usually not included unless clearly stated. Ongoing third-party terms remain the responsibility of the client where applicable.

11. Testing and acceptance

The client is responsible for reviewing delivered work and raising any material issues within a reasonable review period. Minor browser, device or platform differences may occur unless otherwise specified in the project scope.

12. Support and maintenance

Support after launch is not automatically included unless it forms part of the agreed work. Follow-up support, edits or maintenance can be quoted separately or handled under a continuing arrangement.

13. Appointment-based on-site work

Services are generally delivered remotely. If an on-site session is requested and accepted, it will be arranged separately by appointment only. Travel time, attendance costs or venue-related expenses may be charged where relevant and will be discussed in advance.

14. Liability

STUDIO INPUT LTD will use reasonable care and skill in delivering services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, consequential or business interruption losses is excluded. Total liability relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation cannot lawfully apply.

15. Termination

Either party may end a project where the other party materially breaches the agreement or where continued work is no longer practical. The client remains responsible for payment for work completed, time reserved, committed third-party costs and non-cancellable booked services up to the termination date.

16. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a different mandatory legal requirement applies.
